Fair Housing
CarteCasa's commitment to equal access to housing opportunities.
CarteCasa supports equal housing opportunity and is committed to fair, equal access to housing opportunities and real estate services for everyone.
CarteCasa prohibits discriminatory conduct on its platform by users, participating agents, vendors, service providers, or other participants. This includes discrimination based on classes protected under applicable federal, Illinois, and local fair housing laws — for example, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status, among others. This description is general and not exhaustive; the protected classes that apply depend on federal, state, and local law.
Participating agents and brokers are independently licensed professionals and are solely responsible for complying with fair housing, licensing, MLS, brokerage, and advertising rules in their work. CarteCasa is not a brokerage, law firm, lender, title company, or government agency, and does not supervise agents' licensed activity.
CarteCasa may review, restrict, suspend, terminate, or report conduct that appears discriminatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with our platform rules.
If you believe you experienced discriminatory treatment through a participating agent, a listing-related interaction, or anyone on the platform, please contact CarteCasa so the issue can be reviewed.
